Firefox – Mozilla Firefox is a free and open source web browser. A Net Applications survey put Firefox at 25% of the recorded usage share of web browsers as of November 2009, meaning Firefox is used by about 1 in 4 internet users, making it the second most popular browser in terms of current use worldwide after Microsoft's Internet Explorer,[5] and the most used browser independent of any one operating system.

 Panda Cloud Antivirus – Panda Cloud Antivirus is notable as a free security solution for two reasons: Panda is a reputable security vendor making its first foray into the realm of freeware security, and the program's goal of freeing up system resources by putting much of the program's heavy lifting in the cloud is definitely attained. iTunes – iTunes is a proprietary digital media player application, used for playing and organizing digital music and video files. The program is also an interface to manage the contents on Apple's popular iPod digital media players as well as the iPhone. QuickTime – Automatically installed with iTunes, QuickTime is software that allows users to play back audio and video on their computers.

VLC Media Player –  VLC media player is a highly portable multimedia player supporting most audio and video formats (H.264, Ogg, DivX, MKV, TS, MPEG-2, mp3, MPEG-4, aac, ...) from files, physical media (DVDs, VCD, Audio-CD), TV capture cards and many network streaming protocols.  It can also convert media files, transcode and act as a streaming server over unicast or multicast and IPv4 or IPv6. It doesn't need any external codec, program or codec pack to work.

Foxit Reader – Foxit Reader is a free PDF document viewer, with incredible small size, breezing-fast launch speed and rich feature set. Foxit Reader supports Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista/7. Its core function is compatible with PDF Standard 1.7. Foxit Reader has been compared favorably to Adobe Reader.
